This Cookie Policy explains how Astra Innovations LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Sanford, Florida, USA (“Astra”, “InBuzzed”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies, local storage and similar technologies on inbuzzed.com and in the InBuzzed application (the “Service”). It supplements, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy, in particular Section 17 (Cookies and local storage).

1. Scope

This policy covers the public marketing site and the authenticated application at inbuzzed.com and its subdomains. It does not cover cookies or tracking technologies that a customer of ours places in the emails, landing pages or forms they send through the Service — those are that customer’s technologies, not ours, and are addressed in Section 6 below and in Section 6 of the Privacy Policy.

2. What counts as a “cookie” here

We use the word “cookie” in this policy to mean a small file a website asks your browser to store, and also, for clarity, the other client-side storage the Service uses to the same effect: browser local storage, session storage, and similar mechanisms. Nothing here turns on which specific technology is used; it turns on why the data is stored and whether it is strictly necessary to provide the Service you asked for.

3. Categories we use

3.1 Strictly necessary. Required to provide the Service you requested and to keep it secure. These cannot be switched off in our tooling because doing so would break sign-in, session security or basic site function; you can still block them at the browser level, but the Service will not work correctly if you do. They are never used to build an advertising profile.

3.2 Analytics. Would help us understand aggregate feature usage and site performance, for example which pages are visited or which onboarding step people drop off at. Off unless you turn them on.

3.3 Marketing.Would help us measure which campaigns or referrers bring visitors to inbuzzed.com. Off unless you turn them on. We do not use marketing cookies to sell or share personal information within the meaning of U.S. state privacy laws, and treat a Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out regardless — see Section 10.

4. Cookies and local storage we currently set

4.1 Authentication session.When you sign in, the application stores your session in browser local storage so subsequent requests can be recognized as yours. This is strictly necessary; clearing your browser’s site data signs you out.

4.2 Network and bot protection. Our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, and its Turnstile challenge service may set strictly necessary cookies to distinguish human visitors from automated traffic, to mitigate denial-of-service and credential-stuffing attacks, and to maintain request integrity across our edge network. These are set and controlled by Cloudflare under its own technical role, not by an InBuzzed script, and are described further at cloudflare.com/cookie-policy.

4.3 Cookie consent record.When you make a choice in the cookie banner, we store that choice — whether you accepted, rejected or customized analytics and marketing categories, and when — in browser local storage. This is strictly necessary: without it, the banner would reappear on every page.

4.4 Interface preferences. We may store non-identifying interface state locally in your browser, such as a collapsed sidebar or a dismissed one-time notice, so the interface remembers your last setting on your next visit.

None of the items in this section are used to build an advertising profile of you, and none of them are shared with advertising networks.

5. Analytics and marketing cookies

5.1 Current state. As of the effective date of this policy, InBuzzed does not load any third-party analytics or marketing script, and no analytics or marketing cookie is set on inbuzzed.com, regardless of the choice you make in the banner. The Analytics and Marketing toggles record a standing preference for when, and if, such a tool is introduced.

5.2 Before we turn one on. If we later introduce analytics or marketing tooling that reads or writes non-essential cookies or local storage, we will not activate it for a visitor who has not given consent to that category, we will update this policy to name the tool and describe what it collects, and we will honor a prior rejection recorded through the banner without asking you to decide again on every visit.

6. Cookies set by messages you receive from our customers

InBuzzed customers use our platform to send transactional and marketing email to their own recipients. Those messages may include open-tracking pixels and click-tracking redirects that the sending customer configured, as described in Section 6 of the Privacy Policy. Those technologies are controlled by the sending customer as the controller of that message, not by InBuzzed, and are not covered by the cookie banner on inbuzzed.com. If you have a question about tracking in a message you received, contact the sender of that message directly; we cannot act on their behalf.

7. The consent banner and how your choice is stored

7.1 What the banner does. On your first visit, and again any time no choice is on record for your current browser, we show a banner offering Accept all, Reject non-essential, and a Preferences option that lets you decide Analytics and Marketing separately. Rejecting non-essential cookies is exactly as easy as accepting them and has no effect on your ability to use the Service.

7.2 Where the choice lives.Your choice is written to your browser’s local storage on the device and browser you made it in. It is not sent to our servers and is not synced across your other devices or browsers; each browser you use will show the banner once, independently, until a choice is recorded there.

7.3 How long it lasts.There is no fixed expiry: the choice remains in effect until you change it, clear that browser’s site data or local storage, use a private/incognito window, or switch to a different browser or device, any of which will cause the banner to appear again so you can choose afresh.

8. Changing or withdrawing your choice

You can change your mind at any time. Clearing this site’s data in your browser’s settings (or clearing local storage specifically) removes the recorded choice and brings the banner back the next time you load inbuzzed.com, where you can make a new selection. Because no non-essential cookie is currently active (Section 5.1), withdrawing consent today has no immediate technical effect beyond updating that record, but it governs whether any future analytics or marketing tool is allowed to run for you.

9. Browser and device-level controls

Separately from our banner, your browser lets you block or delete cookies and local storage site-by-site or globally, and most browsers let you view and remove what a site has already stored. Consult your browser’s help documentation for the current menu path, as it varies by browser and version. Blocking strictly necessary storage at the browser level will prevent sign-in and other core functions from working, independent of any choice made in our banner.

10. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

10.1There is no industry consensus on how to respond to a browser’s Do Not Track signal, and we do not currently respond to it.

10.2 We do treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a valid opt-out of sale and of sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising, and as a withdrawal of consent to non-essential cookies on our website, for that browser and device. Because we do not sell or share personal information, the practical effect today is limited to non-essential cookies described in Section 5.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our use of cookies and similar technologies changes, including when we introduce a new analytics or marketing tool. We will post the revised policy here with a new effective date and, where the change is material, provide the same notice we give for changes to the Privacy Policy.
